Oh, boy! I did the HIIT today- and wow! The 21 minutes was waaaayyy harder than the hours (2) of walking I've been doing each day!

I alternated between brisk walking and jogging (with some occasional sprints for a minute).

Doesn't it ROCK?!!

It really DOES give your body an amazing workout- I have to do super low and low intensity on my cleanse days or I'd hit the floor after 10 minutes! [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]

It kills me when I think of all those years I sweat my butt off for 45-60 minutes of hi impact.. HIIT is the best-kept little workout secret. [img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]
