Update: I'm down 5.5lbs since my doctor's appointment which puts me at 39.5lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm not even trying to lose weight, just eating clean and doing the FYM workouts!

Oh, my maternity belt totally rocks! I did a whole week's worth of grocery shopping last night (here I thought I was going to get in and get out but apparently everyone else had the same idea because Walmart was PACKED last night at 10pm!) and had no pain or cramping.

My blood sugar is stable, I feel better over all, my farting problem is gone, and I haven't had any fainting spells! I'm really happy if you can't tellEdited by: FV Mom

WHOO HOOO!!! Iam sure losing those pounds have put a huge smile on yourface!!!
I lost 30lbs with my daughter and 25lbs with my son because I was diabetic with both and had to be on a special diet controlled by a nutritionist! (I also started off plus size to begin with...LOL) sounds sorta similar to what you are doing...clean eating, very monitored portions, etc....
Keep up the great work!

What the Samuel L Jackson in going on here!?!?!?!?!*Warning: Hormonally charged vent follows.....

AAAAHHH!At this very moment I am convinced that scientists hardly know anything about the human body and think some of this stuff they make up as they go along!

Well I am now UP 3 pounds!!! What the heck happened? How do you GAIN weight eating clean AND in a caloric deficit?

Here's the deal....I don't look fatter! Or maybe I'm fooling myself or something I dunno, but I also look leaner in my face, arms, and tummy area. What then can it be? How can I gain 3 pounds in 3 days!?!?!?! The biggest change has been adding in the FYM workouts. I had only done 2 (1 resistance and 1 interval) when I posted this thread, and as of yesterday I've done 4 (3 resistance, 1 interval). Could it just be atrophied muscle returning? I haven't done any kind of resistance training really since I learned I was pregnant back in October....

Here's my calories since the 15th:

3/15 - 2340
3/16 - 2051
3/17 - 1859

I'm 5'8 and was 197 on the 15th...what the heck happened? I didn't eat anything bad with the exception of a small (300 calories) pop corn chicken from DQ (no Jen I didn't have any ice cream) Everything else has consistently been lean meats, fruits, veggies, low fat cheeses, etc., the same stuff I was eating to lose 5lbs. Maybe I should just be grateful that I'm not still gaining weight at the insane rate I was, but I'm just pissed right now!

Depressed and back at 200lbs.....

Muscle weighs more than fat. The 3lbs could be gained muscle from the workouts.
