My husband is wheat (and just about everything else) intolerant. It's not so bad when you get used to it but you do need to check labels carefully. Anything gluten free is okay - and you can get gluten free pasta, spaghetti and most things. Bread is more difficult - everything we've tried tastes like cardboard - but he lives on Ryvita now. (Can you get that in the US?)
