Just finished a 2 mile walk away the waistline plus stretches- more later.

For Sat:
52 min. on the treadmill (almost 3 miles) uphill plus 15 min. weights.

For Sun:
45 min. treadmill (even got up to incline of 15 this time!) and 15 min. weights.

Little late posting this - had one of the weirdest (in aREALLY GOOD way, hehe!!) weekends of my life. I've been acting like a girl in her 20's - but was surprised to find out my energy level was not as high as back then though!Edited by: Craftgrrl

70 min. Treadmill
16 min. Recumbent Bike

(I did treadmill then bike then treadmill again)

Sunday-
51 min. Treadmill
15 min. Recumbent Bike

(I did treadmill then bike then treadmill again)
