I wait until dh gets home from work. That means I am running the track between 9-11 at night. It is nice because it is cool out but it is so hard to wind down for bed. It usually puts me getting to sleep between 1 and 2.

I usually work outM-Fat approx. 10:45-11:00 AM. For my Double Duty days (3x a week), my low impact PM workout has varied, anywhere from 4-7 PM.

I try to have my workout done by 8:30am, but if that doesnt happen then I do it after the kids are in bed.


It's just too hot to do it in the middle of the day and we don't have central air

ETA: I just realized that I do some exercising in the middle of the day when I swim in our pool. Edited by: amber4842

MWF I have my CFP class from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

M, T, Th, - I go to the gym at around 0700 pm till 0830 pm

F,S,Su - When ever I get time but usually around 6:00 pm.

I've been wanting to get up early and go for walks around my neighboor hood around 0600 am, but it just hasn't happend for me yet...

i like to go in the am.. will be around 9:15 when girls are at camp next week.. on weekends, mid afternoon or just dpeends i have trouble motivating at night

vilma.. you turned me on to sparkpeople i really like that forum! i don't do a ton on there but its given me some great varied work outs etc.. thanks!

If I exercise in the mornings, it's 5:30-6:30

If I exercise in the evenings, it's between 8:00-10:00

I normally do my routine at night after the kids go to bed. However I have been trying to get some done during the day, and we go for walks around 7pm at night. It is hard to get it done during the day for me but I am trying to break it up to see if it will give me better results.

I have to do it first thing in the morning or I won't do it. So usually between 6 and 7 I get up and workout. I start back teaching in August, so I will be up at 5:30 every morning to get my workout in before I go to work.

Well, lately my exercise routine has been pretty non existent since I have been doing more Physical Therapy. However, I get together with moms from my mom's group and we walk at around 8:30 AM a few days a week and when I can, I jump on the treadmill around 7:30 PM when the kids go to bed. Other than that - there's just no time!!
