Yesterday I did 85 reverse situps which today seems to be too much (I am hurting), so I cut back down to 50 reverse situps. I also did my side steps with resistance band, all my stretches, and I even added some arm stretches with resistance band. No walk today!

It was a struggle but I got in about 50 mins of cardio. Ready for this week to over.
