HI!


Congrats to all of you who are doing so great at losing weight and sticking to your program and diet!! Way to go!


Here is my check in...... I can't do alot of hard excersize activity (especially when it comes to my neck and or back), but my physical therapist has me on a wonderful stretching planthat is definitely getting my legs toner! She also said I am able to do reverse sit ups, so I have been doing 3 set ups 10 and I can feel them! Haven't seen the results yet since I just started on Tuesday doing the reverse sit ups but I can feel them. I walk everyday! Today I walked approx 3/4 of a mile plus did my leg stretches and neck stretches in addition to the 3 sets of 10 reverse sit ups. I also did my band walking to strenthen up the innner thighs.
Did great on eating too! Breakfast a few pieces of low fat ham and 1 pop tart (I know they are not the greatest but I had a craving and gave in...LOL), lunch some thin slices of roast beef, dinner baked chicken (no skin) and plain spaghettinoodles.

Would love to see 1 lb off the scale by tomorrow, but it is ok if I don't....I can definitely feel it in my clothes. Want to get rid of 10 more lbs (or 2 inches from my tummy)by June 10th....Hoping I can get there!

Keep up the great work everyone! I truly enjoy your daily posts for some motivation!

Way to go, Dawn! I'm so glad to hear that you and your doc are finding exercises that will work for you. I'm so glad to hear about your progress.
