    Wow that was the hardest thing I've ever done next to basic training! labor was easier than THAT!BUT I made it! I'm so proud of myself! I was too through and modified a WHOLE LOT but I made it. My HRM malfunctionedso I don't have cals burned but I know it was at LEAST800 because I had burned 200 cals within the first 15 minutes..10 of which was a "warm up"...yeah warm up my beeeehind!That was an inferno up!
