Did Walk Away The Pounds Walk & Jog 2.5 miles woohoo! This is actually a really great interval workout. I love to max out my heart rate lol, so I will lift my knees REALLY high during the jog portion, I almost make it a sprint lol! Love it!

I was sweating today, but only from the sun. DH played hooky and we went to the lake for some boating and fishing.

Did 45 minutes cardio on crosstrainer, and 20 minutes on incline on treadmill.
