Hi, my name is Heather and I fell off the wagon..
![]() I am "staying accountable" be letting you know, I haven't worked out since Tuesday. And yesterday, I just wanted to eat all the wrong things. It seems with all the intense working out, it threw my cycle off, and I started yesterday, out of the blue..and it was AWFUL..always is. I had my first GYN check up since 2002 this morning (another bad on my part). Anyway, I now know my hormones seem to be whacked out with all my symptoms. She believes my exercise will help immensely, but she is also putting me on a testosterone patch? And urging more supplements, oh and I am anemic..great.. Okay, well, that's it. My mom flies in tomorrow. And I have two huge birthday parties to throw for my kids Saturday and Sunday. I have NO idea when I will get the chance to hit the gym during all of this.. I DID have good intentions this morning. I had the alarm set to go workout at 5 am before the kids got up for school. But the alarm went off, and there I was sleeping on my beach towel (nuff said), I couldn't imagine hopping carefree on a treadmill or the crosstrainer... I feel like "failure" today.. ![]() Failure, Party of One, Failure?? |

I'm starting with pushups today - which is a big thing for me because I suck at pushups!
