30 min treadmill EARLY this morning. Tonight I will be sweeping and cleaning on the pool again - this will be a week long task, but good for the upper body!

Woo Hoo! I have had a two-week break from weight training and just did cardio over the last two weeks. I went back to weight training today (45 minutes) and have decided to circuit train and I am psyched! All I can say is "Man, did that feel GREAT!" I will probably be sore as all get out tomorrow, but I am on cloud 9 today!!!

Do you have a DVD you use or a specific program? Please share. I don't know the first thing about resistance training outside of MDB DVD's.

Nope, no DVDs with this, which is good because I like to listen to my OWN music! It's a program I designed myself. If you want, I can post my routine some time later today/this afternoon when I have a bit more time. You will need weights for this as well.

Worked out 90 minutes. 30 minutes if cardio weight loss training on the cross trainer. 30 minutes on treadmill, then sculpting work on waist hips thigh and da butt. Tomorrow is upper body day!
