I'm not familiar with the Bean but if it's the item that works similar to a stability ball, yes it will work if you do it consistantly. I would start out slow if you aren't used to ab work, maybe 3 times a week and work up to more.

yea its the thing thats like the ball but made more to support you. thats why i got it. i watched the dvd it came with and it looks really good. i hate doing ab work lol. im going to probably do this tonight or tommorrow. ill tell ya how it goes.

I think it gives an effective work out. I need to do it more often though (I am pretty inconsistent with it).
I have done the abs, butt/thighs & pilates workouts. If you do it everyday or at least several times a week, I bet you'll see results faster. I definitely feel it when I have done the videos. Good luck & let us know how it goes! |
