I just did 30 mins of pilates and man am I out of shape. I had to stop, I couldn't do anymore. I was shaking, worked some muscles I forgot I had (and because my boys wanted to play on my mat). Why is it that the women that make the videos are thin and in shape? Why don't they make one with an overweight woman, so we know how we really look.[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img] I'm going to try that 3x a wk, maybe interchange it with yoga. Has anyone had success with pilates or yoga? I'd like to hear about it, how long it took to slim down/shape up and anything else you'd like to tell me.
