ooopss....should have posted my thread here! I got my hubby "P90X".....it's the "new" version of Power90?


Anyone else?


IPODS rock! I got one last Christmas and it made a world of difference for me with exercising and also training for a 1/2marathon!

I got a Pilates DVD, bands, balls and mat. Have not tried them out yet, though. Waiting to make a new start on the 1st of the year!

My husband bought me a stability ball. It came with a dvd but I need a few more. Does anyone know of good dvd no longer than 45 minutes?

Hi Ann Marie,


I think if you go to College Video or Collage Video(??) and type in stability ball workouts, a list of dvd's should come up. You can even preview them on line.


I know that I got a book from the library on Stability Ball and Weights workout that was pretty good. You could build your own routine and it had a ton of pictures for form. I will look the next time I go and get the name of the book and post it for you.

I got new running shoes, the Fantastic Four workout DVD by Christi Taylor (she is my new favorite!) which is four workouts on two DVD's. I also got one of the older Firm DVD workouts that I have been wanting, new sweatpants and a new workout shirt.
