Lightbulb Nourish Shake Recipes

Summer is the perfect time for a cold concoction. Add in EPXbody's delicious, new meal replacement, Nourish, and your summer health regiment will be the most flavorful ever.

Here are a few recipes for breakfast/lunch and/or poolside that you are sure to enjoy:

Blue Mango Heaven

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup frozen mango

1/3-1/2 cup blueberries

Add ice for extra thickness



Almond Peach Delight

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/2-1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 tsp almond extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Add ice for extra thickness



Melon Madness

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup frozen watermelon

Add ice for extra thickness



Blueberry Vanilla Pear

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/4-1/2 cup chopped pear

Add ice for extra thickness


Tropical Dream

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

Add: 1/2-1 cup of frozen pineapple

Add ice for extra thickness


Chocoholics Delight

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup of raspberries

1/4-1/2 frozen banana

Add ice for extra thickness



Strawberry-Mango Bliss

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4-1/2 cup frozen mango slices

Add ice for extra thickness



Vanilla Nut

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4 cup raw organic oatmeal

1 tablespoon raw cashew butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Add ice for extra thickness



PiƱa Colada

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/2-1 cup frozen pineapple pieces

1/2 tsp coconut extract

Add ice for extra thickness



Apple Cinnamon

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1-1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/2-1 cup of chopped frozen apple

1 tsp cinnamon

Banapple Blast

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/2 small green apple

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Choco-Banana Nut

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1-1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon of raw cashew butter

Add ice for extra thickness



Apricot Fantasy

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1- 2 small apricots (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup raw almonds

1/2 tsp almond extract

Add ice for extra thickness



Raspberry Rhubarb Magic

2 scoops of Nourish Protein Powder

1-1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk

1/4-1/2 cup frozen chopped rhubarb

1/4-1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Add ice for extra thickness
