Holiday Recipe Thursday Snowman Sweet Cheeseball

Do you have snow on the ground? Snowman Sweet Cheeseball is yummy way to celebrate at your next holiday gathering! Its also one my favorite recipes as it's easy to make and you can be creative.

Snowman Sweet Cheeseball

Ingredients:

16oz cream cheese, softened

1 Party Time Mixes Salted Caramel Dessert Mix

10 chocolate chips

carrot

coconut

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, add cream cheese and dessert mix. Mix well.

2. Shape the mixture into 2 balls (one slightly larger than the other) and chill at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

3. Just before serving, roll balls in coconut, pressing it evenly onto balls.

4. Place larger cheeseball on plate and top it with the smaller cheeseball to make a snowman shape (you may need toothpicks to secure).

5. Place chocolate chips for eyes, mouth and buttons. Place carrot for nose.
