Low Carb Asian BBQ Meatballs
- 2lb ground meat of choice (I used a mixture of 3/4 pork & 1/4 beef. Pork & chicken work great too.)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. ginger
- 2 tbsp. garlic

Cook @ 350 until firm, about 20 mins. .

Asian BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup pre-made low carb bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Ginger
- 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. Crushed red pepper .

Once ready to serve:
1. Toss in BBQ sauce, place on sheet pan, and broil until caramelized (browned)
OR
2. Add bbq sauce and meatballs to a crock pot and let warm. This will probably require a bit more bbq sauce, or you can dilute it with a bit of water.
