Smile Who Likes Fudge?

My mother made this chocolate fudge every year around the holidays. This recipe is really easy & quick! Prep time is about 5 minutes. No cooking except in the microwave. Enjoy! Careful, it's "addictive."

Easy Microwave FUDGE

1 12 oz. Package of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)

1 cup Chopped walnuts

1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine the chocolate morsels & milk in a glass bowl. Place the bowl in your microwave & heat on high for 3 minutes.

Remove from microwave and stir until morsels are melted & smooth.

Add the walnuts & vanilla, and stir to distribute evenly throughout the mixture.

Spread the mixture into a 8 square foil-lined pan & chill until firm.

Cut into squares.

Makes 1 pounds of fudge.

The best fudge I have ever made is the recipe on the jar of the Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallo Cream!

Another super easy fudge recipe is 3 cups of chocolate chips or wafers - dark, white, milk, whatever your favorite + 1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk. Melt on the stove over low heat until melted then add 1 tsp of vanilla. That's it.

You can also play around with it and add crushed cookies - oreos or nutter butters are good or peppermint candies. Possibilities are endless and it's hard to mess it up.
