What's your monthly quota?

I cant stand monthly quotas which is why I decided to go with Jewerly in Candles which has NO monthly quotas it is great!

I don't see quotas being a bad thing at all.I'm sure most companies require you to have some sort of volume to earn team commissions/bonuses.

I need to add to this thread because SoyL Scents is planning to implement a new policy where you have to make at least 1 sale or purchase (of any amount) every 2 months. They said they are willing to work with us on this, but they need a way to eliminate the people who sign up and then never make any purchases or sales ever.

Edited to add (5/19/14): FYI, they've now implemented a policy of at least 1 purchase per month.
