Do you get penalized for parties that don't reach the "minimum" party?
Thankfully I don't but just heard about this yesterday about some other companies and was surprised! How does your company work? |

Wow, never heard of this practice. Thankfully my company doesn't penalize for anything.

What kind of penalty? That seems odd to me.

I don't do parties in my business but I had not heard of this about any of them, I think that is sad when companies do that, I mean I get the marketing behind it but I think it would be more of a money breaker and mood breaker than anything. It is about motivation not alienation.

Country Gourmet Home does not penalize. They are actually really flexible and realize that each month's sales/parties will be different.
