During Pandemic you can grow with any daily need essentials business. If it's online then it's superb as you don't have contact frequently. Yes, I have seen people were searching for essential goods here & there. It was really a good opportunity to serve the community at fair price and let people know your business missions. I am sure in coming covid free days, people will surely remember you for future deals.

A lot of people are looking for alternatives right now because they've lost their income sources - and they're desperate. If your business/startup is in the right niche AND you're willing to put in the effort needed, you have a good chance at success. I see a business selling essential products mentioned. It's a good area. I know a number of Amazon affiliates who do well. The biggest restriction there is (I think) that those people who lost their jobs have more trouble paying for even the essentials. Right now a good area in my opinion is mentoring people in starting an online business. They want a way to maintain or improve their lifestyle but a lot of them have no idea how to go about it. With people staying at home it's a growth opportunity for online entrepreneurs. |

For many, including myself, this past year provided time and space to step back and reevaluate. Some who had traditional businesses had to find a way to survive throughout the closures, bringing them online. Others lost their business or were laid off and left to find alternatives.
It was inspiring to see many revise business plans in order to make it work and also start something completely new, especially online stuff. I personally took the time to get certified as a life and career coach, I now have my own coaching practice and have released a digital course to help other people get "unstuck". I had been laid off with three kids distance learning. It was time to dig deep and make a change that aligned with who I am and what my vision is for my life. For the first time ever I have aligned my passion and purpose with my career. It feels amazing. And all of this during the pandemic. Many others have done the same. The online space especially is ripe with opportunities. I am in multiple networking groups and see a lot of people doing exciting things such as : Coaching, design, virtual assistant, social media manager, blogging, network marketing, digital marketing, online teaching or tutoring...and really I could go on. Here are the steps: 1) Create your vision - be specific about what you want and dare to dream! 2) Self discovery - what are your skills, talents, passions, and what is important to you 3) Research - what works based on answers to number 2, market supply and demand, startup costs, time, etc. 4) Planning/Goal setting - get specific on your plan including timeline and milestones 5) Implementation - Make it happen! 6) Maintenance - You had a plan to get started, make sure you have a plan to maintain and scale Pandemic or not, NOW is the time to get started with your vision. Hope that helps! |
