Default Getting rid of text frames in Word document converted from PDF

Hi all.

I recently converted a document from PDF to Word. It contains pictures and text, and while it's worked well, it has placed text frames around all the text.

So, I'm hoping this is the right place to ask: how do I remove all the text frames in one go without losing the text inside?

One suggestion is to copy the text and paste into Notepad or a simple text editor first, this will remove all the formatting and retain the text. Then just copy all the text in Notepad and paste it into the Word doc.

Or in the Word Doc hit CTRL+A then the Delete key then CTRL+Shift+V (Paste plain text).
