I actually do have to sit in front of the computer all day long, since I work from home. That's about 8 hours but I got used to it. I drink plenty of water and take short breaks every now and then to stretch and set my eyes off of the screen. In the afternoon or in the evenings I usually take a walk so I can relax and get outside a little bit. As long as your hours in front of the computer are productive and as long as you take breaks and take care of your health, you'll be fine.

I work on the computer for my job. I learned to take bathroom breaks or simply stand up and walk around for a little. It feels nice to stretch my legs and take my eyes off the screen for a bit.

I take breaks here and there and I also make time to get some exercise every day too.

I understand what you mean. It's hard to stay focused. What I have done is create a full work day schedule and assign my breaks at a certain time. Also, what you can do is set a timer for when you start as a reminder for you to stay on schedule. If the timer goes off and you realize you haven't done anything, you'll be more conscience when you get back to work. You can set it for an hour or 30 mins. Until you start to create a habit and stay on schedule.

I always schedule a block of time for myself. When that time is up I am done for the evening. I work outside of the home during the day so I work on my business when I get home. But I do understand, you can get distracted sometimes lol.

I have a job outside the home and two active teenagers so it is crucial for me to block off time for my business. I have a designated space for it in my home and for the most part once I leave that space I give the business a rest unless I have a phone call appointment or something urgent. Scheduling time for your business and to take care of yourself is wise

I understand what you mean. I do a lot of surfing when it comes to traffic exchange and before you know it, I have been at the computer for 3 to 4 hours without taking a break!!! Once way I break myself from setting too long at the computer is I try set my cell phone clock for about a hour and a half and when the clock goes off, I usually get up and do something around the house for about 30 to 45 minutes and then go back to the computer again and do some more work for another hour and a half. I struggle at times to stick to this plan, but it does work.

I have set times that I work. Before I start for the day I have an outline of what needs to be done.

You have to make a per day schedule so you can do other things than sit on you computer. also, if you can get 1 day per week that you can get outside of your house do that, it will help you and your health
