Default Any tips for keeping up with administration?

Hi all.
I'm busy getting my filing, receipts and admin up to date.... how fast this all seems to add up.

I print and file customer information, invoices, proofs of payment as well as try to keep my receipts in some semblance of order for my bookkeeper.

If you leave this any time at all, it can be a day or two's work on its own...

And when you're really busy, it's something that doesn't get done at all.

Anybody got any tips how to keep up with this?

I'm in Australia but was at an entrepreneurial women in business networking event last week and met an awesome lady who loves numbers and being organised. She has created a bookkeeping business which allows you to outsource her services to do all the receipts, taxes etc... for you. She has created automation systems to run with it. Really clever.
I'm sure if you google search for a book keeping service where you live, there must be another awesome person like this lady, quite capable of outsourcing your paperwork to?
Being married to a South African, I know how entrepreneurial and resourceful you guys are so I have every confidence with a little bit of investigating you will find a superb book keeper!

@Inspired_Robyn - I do have a bookkeeper (God forbid I try to crunch numbers) but I still have to present my invoices and files to her in some sort of organised manner. Actually she's the reason I do any of it at all - she bugs me monthly for them. LOL. Still I did get on top of it and sort of feel better now.
