Smile Networking

Hello! I am just curious about different ways to network with like minded women. What are some ways other than Wahm that you network with others? Which ones work best? Which ways do you enjoy the most?

Social Media can be good. You do find many people that just want to network with you and not want to recruit you.
You should also join groups that pertain to things you enjoy (reading, swimming, shoping, etc.) Enjoy your day.

Facebook is free, so is Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest. I would go a search for forums and blogs centered around your interests or products and join those. Start posting and get involved in the online communities. It makes a difference.

LinkedIn is a very powerful platform when it comes to Networking. Compared to Facebook, I have generated targeted leads on LinkedIn.

Offline - I attend Meetup meetings. I attend local community meetings too! I love networking with business-minded people because that's how you build relationship and trust.

Social media is great. I also like using forums as well. Remember to build relationships first and not just slap people in the face with your products or opportunity.

Default womens networking sites

there are many different women's networking sites, in particular small business for women networks and other women working from home sites. many women in business sites have monthly meetings where you can actually meet and network with others in your area face to face.

As i have used twitter, facebook and other social media to network. I found that joining meetup groups has helped a great deal. I typically look for business woman groups. I am currently thinking of starting a new meetup in my area for woman in small business from direct sales to small business owners.

Default Networking

I too enjoy networking with like minded women. I have found that a great way to network with like minded people is to attend charity events. It is a great way to give back, have fun and meet a lot of people at one time in a social setting. Of course this often is not an appropriate place to market but a great way to make new contacts.
