My blog is "blah."
I want to make it innovative & something
that I would enjoy looking at!

I have tried many times designing it
but I just keep coming up short.

Are there any special techniques
or great sites out there to help me?

I would like everything to run smoothly & allow readers
to navigate it easily.

My blog link is in my signature if you would like to look at it
and then you can see for yourself on what I am talking about!
It's not that bad looking but I just don't like it!

*Also it is in it's beginning phase...

I use The Cutest Blog on the Block - Free Blog Backgrounds, layouts and more! for some of my blogs they have super cute free blogger themes. I know what you mean about wanting to feel good about how it looks but in the end it's the content that matters.

I checked out your blog and it would be a good idea to google everything you can about colors that "pop" and the color wheel. It looks like you have just picked colors that are "blah" together. There are several videos online that will teach you about design and color theory. Good luck and remember, contrast is the biggest pop factor.

After some time searching, I think I finally found something that works for me!
I love my blog now and I think that results in me putting more quality content onto it.
Let me know what you guys think

Well, submiting info on the will not help you too much. Look if employer left some contact info there and try to contact him directly. As I got it, you are a reading specialist, so you can try this site for online tutoring jobs. Good luck
