I occasionally consider hiring help for my business, but my business barely pays my own bills, let alone someone else's.
I was thinking of "hiring" a commission based sales person, kind of like an affiliate. Get me a client, get paid a certain percentage of that sale. I could only pay out after receiving payment for the sale unless I somehow manage to build up an account for that purpose. Has anyone ever done this? I hate sales. I stink at marketing. But I LOVE making the websites. If someone could bring in the lead that eventually buys, I'd be happy to give a commission. At my current level, it wouldn't be a full time job for anyone, but maybe just a tiny part of what someone does from home. Thoughts? Viable idea? I'm still tossing it around. |

I guess I'm just thinking out loud. I can't support a full or even part time employee. I've hired freelancers, but not sure if that's viable for something like this. After all, I can only pay per sale. If there are no sales, I don't have any money TO pay out.
Back to the drawing board. |
