Exclamation Do You Know How to Perform Compression-Only CPR?

This is a brief, but important video. Everyone should watch this to learn Chest-Compression-Only CPR. Anyone can do it! This has NOTHING to do with my business or anyone else's. It is a six-minute long CPR training video.

I heard emergency first aid response has been updated to continuous chest compression CPR. Instead of giving mouth to mouth resuscitation, you only need to do non-stop chest compression to ensure blood flows and you provide blood flow primarily to the brain. This is the utmost goal.

What you are describing is Compression-Only CPR. There is no mouth-to-mouth contact.
