Yes, over moisturizer...be sure it is not oil based or yes, over bare skin. It's really whichever works for you. There are plenty of men who use it, and I assume they don't use moisturizer.

Also, you want to put on liquid base before IA. If you use a powder of any kind, put it over IA. The main thing is to wait for anything liquid to dry before you apply the IA.

It does! Thank you! I just got some little samples and had used in bare skin the first time. Looked a little dry, if that makes sense. BUT...I didn't know if putting over moisturizer (I use L'Bri so it's aloe based) if it would/could work like it should. Ok! I'll try over moisturizer (and foundation!?! Sounds like...) tomorrow!!

How did it go for you?

Yes, for some it does show as dry. I used over moisturizer and it helped. Also, maybe use a tad less. The good thing is that if you use too little, you can add a little more.
