Ive been looking and know as a trendsetter you might have them in writing already.


Kits are going to be $15
Starter kit with samples will be available at higher cost, etc


Just curious as its been announced but I like a hard copy to send to my team.

Rep Earnings Structure
The earnings structure will be adjusted in C8. This involves a slight increase in the required order size for each earnings level (between $5-25), which have not changed for more than 10 years. Beginning in C8 appointments, a new Rep will follow the same earnings structure as all other Reps and no longer receive guaranteed 40% higher earnings during her first 4 Campaigns. They will earn at the level relating to their order value. Reps will receive a letter with full details in their C5 orders. Because the guaranteed 40% earnings in the first 4 campaigns is something used when appointing, we wanted to alert you to this important change. If a Rep was appointed in C4, 5, 6 or 7 they will still receive 40% guaranteed earnings for their first 4 campaigns.

Appointment Definition
When a new Rep is appointed from C8, they will now be termed a “pending appointment” until an order is placed. For Leadership, you will continue to see your new appointments in your Rep count once they place an order.

New Appointment Kit
New enhancements to our appointment kit, which will be presented in a beautifully designed envelope and include samples, full-size product, Quick Start guide, motivational CD, “Ask Me How” button. With this, the cost to join Avon will be $15. We are in the final stages of confirming from which campaign this will be effective.
In addition, Avon is introducing a new Biz Booster kit for $35 which is available for new Reps to order in their LOA 1-3. The Biz Booster comes in a “wow” presentation box and includes bundle of products (5-7 full-size) & samples, motivation DVD, Success Magazine and training.

New Representative “Just for You” Program
An exciting new program for new Reps to encourage them to place orders in their first 4 campaigns is launching in C8. A new Rep receives free product with every $100 order placed &paid every campaign during their first 4 campaigns. In addition, if the new Rep places a 5th order and meets cumulative qualifying Award Sales of $400 (LOA 1-4) they receive a product bundle valued at a minimum of $125.

President’s Recognition Program Changes
The new 2014 PRP cycle will run from C8-26 to allow us to join the new global top seller recognition program at the start of 2015. As a result of this reduced cycle of 19 campaigns vs 26 for C2014 only. From 2015 the PRP cycle will run from C1 to C26. Sales Achievement Levels will be adjusted to reflect 7 less campaigns of achievement opportunities.

Brochure Price Increase
Price of Brochures, Magalogs and Flyers will slightly increase (around a penny a brochure) beginning in C8. The new prices will be reflected on the C10 purchase order and Reps will receive a letter with full details in their C5 orders.

Price Adjustment Elimination
Effective Feb 27, 2014 (National C6/ TS C8), Avon will no longer adjust prices on products once they have been ordered. The only exception to this is if there an Avon error.

I am curious about starting an Avon home biz. I have ordered from Avon in the past and love the products I have purchased. I am trying to get a handle on how you earn in Avon and learning the lingo by reading in your posts. Can you give me a quick run down on what to expect? I see that the investment is going up.

gawahm3, depending on where you live you have maybe 1 or 2 campaigns left to get the startup kit at $10 and receive the 40% earnings your 1st four campaigns. When the new kits roll out in C8 nationally it will go to $15 and no more guaranteed 40% earnings the first four campaigns. It will be based on what you sell.


As Bonnie posted above these are the new changes that will take effect soon.

Another Change:


Starting in Campaign 8, any new rep will have 7 campaigns to place their first order and whichever one they place it in, that is their appointed campaign. So if they start in 8, but don't place an order until c13, that is their appt campaign.
