What do you think of the new incentives for leadership?

Thank you! Yes he is doing better. We got blood work done on him last week which shows no evidence he has P.L.E. (protein losing enteropathy) so we are now in the process of weaning him off the steroid he is on for that. Of course after he has been off of it for two weeks we have to go get more blood work done to make certain of it but so far so good.

I love the incentives they have out now! I earned the Kuerig from that incentive. I'm going for the iPad now! So far, I have 9 new reps who are counting toward the iPad (7 in campaign 23, and 2 into campaign 24 so far). I know we only need 8, but my goal is to recruit 10 each campaign (don't always hit it, but I usually get at least 6-8 each campaign). I'm LOVING these EXTRA bonuses that we are earning JUST to do what we need to do to build a successful business anyway. THANK YOU AVON!!

Even BETTER than earning the iPad myself, I LOVE how this incentive is effecting my team. I have several new candidates who have jumped into Leadership to go for earning the iPad for themselves too. I've been working with them, and will help as many of THEM to earn it as I possibly can. It's an awesome time to be an Avon Rep for sure!
