Newbies with Avon
We recently had some new sign ups with Avon and am wondering how they are doing? Sure hope to hear that everything is going well with your new Avon businesses!

Hello....I am new! Placed my first order Campaign 20 and had two customers order a total of over $100! I went and handed out 20 fliers door to door yesterday and received 2 new customers.
I had someone contact me last night asking me how they can sign up to sell. So I am working with my DM to get them signed up. I am pretty excited

Starlyght, that is great news -- Keep up the great work! You already had someone wanting to sign up? That is awesome to hear about and it sounds like you are off to a terrific start in your new Avon home business!

Thank you and yes........I wasn't working on recruiting yet they just asked me how they could start selling Avon. I am working with my DM and hopefully we will have her signed up next week!!
I am pretty excited

A good area for sign ups?
Starlyght, it sounds like you may live in a good area for getting sign ups. That will be great for you to be able to do that so quickly! You may be able to get some good help for training others through your 'upline.'

District Managers are great sources of info
When upline is out of state, make sure you attend the meetings, and if building a team, make sure that she is aware that you want to be included in any events. Managers can really help you achieve Unit Leader status more quickly then doing it alone. Stay in touch with your upline often, even if its am email just updating what you have been working on. Having an upline that is out of state really is no big deal if you stay in touch with each other. Sometimes something you are working on will jar a memory of how to do it faster or more successful from an upline. Bonnie
