Hello, I started in Campaign 19. My first couple of campaigns did not go as well as I had hoped! However, I have $296 in Award Sales for my 3rd campaign! This is very exciting to me. My upline is out of state but we keep in touch with each other via email and Facebook. My DM is OK! lol. Trying to get her to answer a question is well...she makes us answer our own questions. I get it though, making us better reps and leaders, I just wish she would give a direct answer sometimes.

Great Start Girls!
Some have posted that they are just starting with Avon and their businesses are going gangbusters already, one gal mentioned she has already gotten 7 signups ! WOW, that's awesome!

Jennifer,
Yes you are able to recruit right away. However you will need the help of your District Manager or upline representative to help you with the first appointment. After that you will be able to order supplies and do appointments yourself. I would highly suggest you partner with your district manager. There are privileges when you do.
