Yeah it was quite difficult to figure out, it took me a while to learn basics. One thing I love about MBA is that it will show you who ordered each campaign without having to pull up a report. The reason I use AV4 over MBA is because of my upline. She uses it so when she moved I got it to transfer all her customers over.

Another thing I like is it has an online forum and you can talk and ask questions of the guy who created it, and even make suggestions for added features!

Default How Do You Keep Your Business Records

I am curious, I just downloaded the demo for the MBA program and got the current campaign set on it. Do you ever have to go in and change any product numbers in the program if it shows different than in the brochure? Or have you had that problem?

I have mine set to pull the book price that was the least expensive of the last 3 campaigns.

In 4 years there have been very few times where I went in and changed a number - but we can and do have that capability

I love the flexibility of this program

Default How Do You Keep Your Business Records

I am looking forward to sitting down and trying it out. This afternoon will be a good time to do that and put in what customers names I have and go from there. I did figure out how to download the current 3 brochures last night and think this might be easier than trying to put everything down on Excel.. Thanks for the advice, it is greatly appreciated.

Since we are on the subject of taxes..I know that you can deduct paypal fees (if you use paypal) and gas, food etc but what about mobile phones if you use them for biz? Can we deduct my monthly charge for my mobile? Also are we required to pay the quarterly taxes as self employed or is it the end of the year since we are working under a corporation? Anyone know the going percentage that we are required to pay, i thought it was like 13% but I could be wrong.

Since I use my cell phone for nothing but business than yes I do deduct my cell phone charges. For all your questions about taxes we are always required to tell you to contact your local CPA. Everyone's business is different.
