I was wondering if any of you use apps to aid in your fitness/goals? I use a few, but my top two favorite are Fitbit and a newer one called TwoGrand. Check them out! Add me if you like!

Interval timer apps are a must!!!

Limiting rest between sets really makes a massive difference.

I have heard many good things about the fit bit though.
