Better to consult a skin specialist so you will be able to get a proper permanent solution for it

we don't have snow in our country, but I do get that itch when I'm in a fully air conditioned room at low temperature. The case in here is that the skin tend to get really dry with low temperature. I have a delicate and sensitive skin (not to mention I have eczema and/or dermatitis). You have to get your skin moisturized to get rid of the drying of the skin and itchiness at the same time.

Have you tried coconut oil? My husband uses that and sometimes a little lavender or melaleuca oil with it. Works well for him.

I hear you the harsh Montana winters used to wreak havoc on my skin & especially my hands. Have you looked into hard lotion bars? You can find lots of recipes on the internet & they contain a mixture of oils, butters & a wax. They are ultra moisturizing to your skin as they are super concentrated.

I actually create 4 varieties of herbal lotion twigs & I infused lots of skin loving herbs into my oils. We also package in biodegradable tubes so you experience no-mess applications. You can find them through the link to my shop in my signature below.
