Looking to make some money part time to supplement my income. Tried surveys, not for me. Any suggestions with little investment?

Have you tried any affiliate programs? There are lots of them out there. Even large companies like Amazon and Google (Google AdSense) have them.

Do you like editing? Have you looked into Scribendi? Career Opportunities | Scribendi.com (http://www.scribendi.com/employment.en.html)
Or teaching online courses? Have you looked at Udemy? https://www.udemy.com/teach/

Just some ideas... Don't know what type of thing you are interested in.

since you are in the affiliate marketing folder, you can either start by picking a product from ClickBank or pick a specific product or line within an online store (like Amazon) and start with free marketing methods (like article writing, ad posting, forum posting, social media etc) - this time of the year you can think HOLIDAYS and try to pick something that will sell well and promote the heck out of it starting now. :)

There are so many ways to make money online. For me, I started a blog about my favorite things. Then looked for great products to compliment my niche.

This is great advice and important to keep in mind when doing affiliate marketing. You want to be writing about things you already care about so you foster genuine interest in what you're doing. Then people will be much more likely to follow your advice on product reviews or to click on word/banner ads on your site. If you want to earn a substantial supplemental income, your website/blog needs to be fully functional as a service to people, not just as something you throw a few ads onto hoping people will click and you'll get commission. If you can find a way to do that, it's a great way to earn some extra money on the side! :)
