4. If I qualify for one of the new titles based on my achievements when the
framework changes in C10, will I be promoted?
Yes. Any Sales Leader now meeting the qualifications of the higher title will be promoted in C10. Likewise, Sales Leaders not meeting the qualifications of their current title will be subject to the Title At Risk policy.

5. Will the Title At Risk policy change with the ASLF changes?
Yes. As of C10 (C12 TS), should a Sales Leader fail to perform at her Title of Achievement for six (6) consecutive Campaigns, the Sales Leader will be retitled to the highest level of performance achieved during that six Campaign period.

6. Will the additional 13 Campaign rule for a Candidate to achieve UL change with the new ASLF modifications and the updated Title At Risk policy?

No, the 13 campaign policy remains the same. The first time a Unit Leader or above fails to perform at the level of Unit Leader for 6 consecutive Campaigns, she will be demoted to Candidate effective the following campaign—the Demoted Campaign. She/he will keep her Downline. The Demoted Candidate will then be granted 13 Campaigns, starting with the Demoted Campaign, to reach UL or above again. If at the end of this 13 campaign period the Demoted Candidate still has not achieved Unit Leader or above, BUT has registered three (3) recruits (but not achieved the $1,200 total unit sales requirements), an additional 13 Campaigns
will be granted (for a total of 26 campaigns) for her to reach Unit Leader.

If a Demoted Candidate has less than the required three (3) registered Recruits after the first 13 Campaigns, she will be removed from the Sales Leadership Opportunity and will lose her Downline. She will be permitted to start a new Sales Leadership business in the future, but her former Downline will not be relinked. If the previously Demoted Candidate reaches UL or above for a second time, but then falls below the Unit Leader level again for 6 consecutive Campaigns, she will be discontinued from the Leadership program altogether and her Downline will roll up.

7. What will the Performance Point allotment be for the new titles?
The Performance Points for the UL+ title will be the same as for UL and the
Performance Points for National SEUL will be the same as for SEUL. See below:
Position of Achievement Max Bonus Points
Unit Leader 250
Unit Leader Plus 250
Advanced Unit Leader 600
Executive Unit Leader 1,400
Senior Executive Unit Leader 1,600
National Senior Executive Unit Leader 1,600

8. Why were changes made to the earnings structure?
The earnings structure was changed to make it easier to understand, increase motivation and inspire Sales Leadership growth.

9. Does the Jump Start Leadership Incentive program still exist?
Yes. Jump Start will still be the sole Sales Leadership Incentive and Rewards program.

10. Will there be changes to the Jump Start bonuses with the addition of the new ASLF titles?

Yes. The changes take effect in C10 2014 and are as follows:
Jump Start Title Achievement Advancement Bonus
Unit Leader $100
Unit Leader Plus $150 + 20 Representative Leads
Advanced Unit Leader $750 + 5 Nested Representatives
Executive Unit Leader $2,500 + 10 Nested Representatives

There is no Jump Start Advancement bonus for the National Senior Executive Unit Leader title.

EULs and SEULs must perform at their new title for 2 consecutive campaigns before being awarded their Jump Start bonus and Nested Representatives. See the revised Jump Start program flier on yourAVON.com for complete rules and details.

11. If I am a current Unit Leader, do I qualify for the UL+ Advancement Bonus in C10 should I meet the requirements?
