Hi y'all !

My husband has an interveiw with TutorABC this evening but the classroom software does not seem to be installing. In IE it does not download and in Firefox it downloads but does not seem to run properly. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. We really need him to get this job so we can pay our rent !

Hey. Saw this now.

First off, breathe.

Second, at the interview you can talk to tech and they can help with issues. It might be your connection speed or available processor on your computer, who knows. They're pretty good with it though so just tell them what's wrong and they'll work to fix it.

Which software can you not download? TeamMeeting? Or the online class?

Are both of your browsers up to date? If not, you may want to try updating them to the latest version.

Also, check that plugins like flash, etc. are also up to date.

Make sure you have cookies enabled on your browsers.

You may want to try uninstalling the nonworking classroom software and then restart your computer. That may help to clear errors you might be running into.
