Does having a college/university degree increase your chance of being hired? Does having a masters degree help even more? Also do they run background checks on you?

Do you need windows 7?

Is it better if you currently work 35+hrs a week or not?

A BA is fine. They want internet savvy and folks to be up to date on current events/trends. Operating system requirements vary. Depending on the company they require between a 10 to 20 hour weekly commitment.
