It's true. I just got my food bars on Thursday. I ate small blocks of one food bar throughout the day kind of as a snack. I call them my health chews. :D And I really enjoyed them. and didn't realize I wasn't craving or very hungry otherwise. So I ate less but still felt full and satisfied. I never thought I would lose that much doing nothing else but eating the food bar!

While most people have HIGH blood Sugar, I tend to have LOW blood sugar and so I can't take many things that lower blood sugar even naturally like Stevia. Our food bars don't have stevia or anything that could cause a glycemic drop. But the things in it tend to NORMALIZE blood sugar. And it also has 9 g of protein so that helps to balance, too. And the more I research the ingredients, the more I learn the value of this food bar. There are natural things in this bar that have been proven to heal and build new cells. Exciting and the wave of the future! The owners of this company have great foresight!

Sue that is wonderful to hear!

It is an excellent source of nutrition and for me it's my breakfast and I'm good for 3-4 hours until lunch. Great to know about helping with low blood sugar as well. So many will benefit from this!

That is fabulous Sue!!! I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) so I have to eat 6 small meals a day. No skipping...no way! These bars do have protein so I am going to try that Sue! Thanks!!!
