Such a lovable breed though sometimes misunderstood. I am owned by 14 year old Bonnie whom we rescued at age 10. She's a black and tan short hair mini. She had been a puppymill dog for the first years of her life and then these people had her as their pet but they treated her more like a dog....if you get my drift. Now she is with us and is as spoiled as can be. :D We even have a ramp up to the big bed so she can come and go as she pleases.
Spoiled? YES. Dachshund people understand. :p
