I have found quite a few websites for kids which are educational and fun!
My 4 year old son loves boowakwala.uptoten.com and e-learningforkids.org

Has anyone found sites for children younger than 4? Fisherprice.com has some good online games for toddlers like animal and number games.

Thanks for looking!

My 3 year old loves abcmouse.com the only thing is now you have to pay a membership of like $7/month but it used to be free.. I had to sign up for the membership because he liked it so much!! lol

YouTube also gives access to some great free videos for kids. We head over there to watch and listen to "Elmo's Ducks", "Twinkle, Twinkle little star" and lots more.

mine really liked the nick and pbs sites. you tube is good but if you let your LO browse I would be RIGHT there. there are some sickos out there that dumb over innocent videos kids happen upon. I almost had a heart attack when ds3 was watching a thomas video and I listed to what was actually being said. NOT APPROPRIATE!

ABCMouse.com !

I did abc mouse for my daughter and used the free trial. It is really good. I might start up again. She likes Nick Jr., but I think abc mouse is more educational for rainy days when I need her to work on her counting, tracing, and letters.

Oh...sites for kids, I have plenty! :D

The Head Of the Class (Head of the Class (http://theheadoftheclass.com)) - free website with great aplications for Math, Spelling, History, Careers, Reading etc. Basically, it's a free online school.

MathBlaster (Cool Math Games for Kids - Fun 3D Virtual World Online - Math Blaster (http://www.mathblaster.com)) - awesome and safe virtual environment for the kids. Mostly Math games but done right so the kids love them. My son is no exception.

Khan Academy (Khan Academy (http://www.khanacademy.org/)) - huge video database with school lessons explained beautifully.

BrainPop (BrainPOP - Animated Educational Site for Kids - Science, Social Studies, English, Math, Arts (http://www.brainpop.com/)) not free, but SO worth it! Knowledge and Math / Science / Games for all grades.

Discovery Streaming (http://streaming.discoveryeducation.com/) - again, not free, but the videos are great for kids and instead of letting them watch crap on TV, better have them learn something in a fun way.

I am not affiliate with any of these websites in any way, but we use them, love them and can't recommend them enough. :)

I love this site. You can record some of the books for free and the kids love watching it!
Kids Books Online - Free recordable children's ebooks from A Story Before Bed - A Story Before Bed (http://www.astorybeforebed.com/)
