That was a powerful video. I have met Onyx and she is incredible. Even if you are not looking at MonaVie you need to see this video if you are serious about building a network marketing business.

Inviting is certainly the one thing that every distributor needs to learn to do, right from day 1. Skilled and experienced upline can do everything else, but the invitation has to come from source.

No invitations, no business.

I just wanted to add, Onyx is obviously an outgoing person who finds it easy to speak with people but not everyone has those skills, even highly-qualified and experienced professional employees do not necessarily have those skills. And some people are very introverted and uncomfortable with face-to-face prospecting.

Prospecting and social chat are definitely not the same thing. It takes time to get the balance right between respectfulness and a discovery conversation so that it is not slimy or pushy, and is enjoyable for all parties.
