Hi ladies!
Just got off the phone with Corporate and thought I'd share the info I received. They have changed their policy on reps re-joining and going through Fast Start again. NOW...if you have not been a rep for at least 6 months and one day, you are eligible to re-sign up as a Silpada rep, go through Fast Start again and choose a new sponsor (if you so desire). I thought this was great news ;)
So if you are a former rep thinking about re-joining....go for it! There are so many amazing new enhancements, it really is an opportune time to become a Silpada gal!

And so what other enhancements are there now that the $200 spoil yourself rotten bonus is no longer available? do you still get to choose a "look" when you sign up? Are you willing to share a little more?

Yes, you still get to chose a look. They are also offering a program called "Sterling Rewards". It's a point based program. New representatives in their Fast Start get double points...and the points can be redeemed for a TON of cool things...from iPads to vacations...they have a whole catalog to chose from and the top 50 point earners will get Norwegian Cruise Line voucher! So they're now rewarding reps even more just for doing our jobs :)
AND of course you can re-qualify for My First Year and the SOAR incentive trip during your first year (it's the easiest way to earn the free all expense paid vacation).
When you sign up, if you spend $1000 on jewelry (that's your 50% off..so you're getting $2000 worth), they will give you party supplies including a Silpada runner, jewelry tote, earring display and other jewelry display items ($172 value).
They may be adding more enhancements, and I will be happy to share as soon as I learn of them :)

I love the new party supplies - saw them at conference and am totally wanting them for my display. If I sign up a new rep I am absolutely going to encourage her to invest enough to get that. Goodness knows I've spent a small fortune on table display items - it's well worth the investment!
