Congratulations all new Mums. Hope you're feeling well and your pregnancy is progressing perfectly.

I am still in my first trimester (7 weeks) baby number 3 and am having the worst morning sickness ever..... My first two were such a breeze. I've tried everything from ginger bread (read that somewhere) to dry toast to having nothing.

And who called it morning sickness ...., mine comes in waves throughout the whole day .... ahhhh!!

Any tips that worked for you, so gratefully appreciated.

PS: what a great forum I've enjoyed flicking thru all the posts.:)

Morning sickness is very normal during pregnancy. Some pregnant women may don't experience this, but this is one of the most common pregnancy symptoms. Morning sickness that is persistent after the first trimester should be reported to your doctor for management.
