Over 4th of July weekend, I ran my first 8K. I call it my Watkins run because:

The day before my run I had done a lot of weeding in my yard, meaning stooping and bending and stretching my hamstrings and backside. I put some warming balm on my legs that night to try to prevent soreness in the morning.

The morning of my run put on my Watkins lip balm to keep my lips moist. I filled up my large and small water bottle with Watkins Immunergy. I sipped my large bottle before the race, and during the run I had my small bottle with me to drink instead of the water at the breaks. I felt great for the whole run and even ended with a better time than I expected, and wasn't wiped out at the end!

When I got home I showered, put on my Watkins face cream and body lotion (mango!) and then I put on the Watkins cooling balm on my legs to help the recovery process.

It was a great race, my own personal best record, and my Watkins business was with me the whole way. Cool!

I, too, love the warming balm. I have had a problematic knee that has given me trouble off and on since I was in middle school. Taking some great supplements and using the warming balm when it acts up has been a huge help and has made a great impact on my quality of life.
