Do any of the supplements have vitamin D? And if so, how much?

Are you looking for this in order to boost your intake, due to lack of sun?

I sometimes suffer from seasonal blues. Watkins has a suppliment called Balance Plus in Canada or Mood Plus in the US that I'm finding really helps. (Plus, it's designed to work with all the other suppliments I take from Watkins.)

As for just a vitamin D, The Canadian Super Multi Vitamin has 66.67 IU of vitamin D. The US is called Super Food Multi and has 67 IU of vitamin D.

I hope that helps! See the catalogue at:

Thanks for the info. I am looking because my vitamin D level is low and doc recommends try vitamin D 2,000 units daily. Which I am guessing is more than 66.67 IU, but I don't know what the IU stands for.

Thanks again.

IU is "International Unit", an internationally accepted amount of a substance.
