I have a new Customer who placed a large order with me over the phone.. She has never tried Scentsy & has tried everything out there to have a nice strong scent through her house. She has 5 DOGS!!!

Now she called today & said the Welcome Home she can not smell to good & has 4 cubes in her warmer.. She does have Lilacs & Violets in her bathroom & she loves that one very strong..

What I need help with is what I think is strong may not be strong enough for her house with 5 DOGS!!! Can anyone share with me what scents YOU have found to work that is very strong so I can send her some samples?? Like I said what I think is strong is not strong enough for her..

Thanks so much.. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

I'm wondering if your customer is one that I had not too long ago! LOL!
I don't think Welcome Home is a strong one. But I think everyones' sniffer is different too!
Coconut Lemongrass (I know this is one of your faves that you probably already recommended)
Oxford, Irish Cream, Sticky Cinnamon Bun, Sangria, Beach, Sandalwood & Cranberries, Tuscan Garden, Herb Garden, Simply Irresistable, Cucumber Lime, Pomegranate Orange, Clean Breeze,
Those are some strong scents and ones that I have tried. I never warmed White Tea & Cactus, I've heard that's a good one too.
Good luck with this one! Maybe someone else has more suggestions!

I've heard that Sugar Cookie is supposed to be a good scent for covering up the "doggie" smell.

Thank you both very much.. She did buy Sugar Cookie so I hope that works, but with 5 dogs WOW that's tough to cover up.. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Lisa: I love Coconut Lemongrass very strong.. I have not tried:
Sandlewood & Cranberries (she did buy this one has not tried it yet)
Irish Cream
Tuscan Garden
Herb Garden
Clean Breeze

Thanks for sharing with me. I will have to suggest the ones above to her.. Yes, some sniffer's are different & some people we will not be able to please.. To be honest with 5 dogs I don't think anything would cover that smell up, but open up the WINDOWS & keep cleaning.. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

What about having her use the Odor Out Spray first then she can warm anything?

To me, Oxford is strong as is Coconut Palm. I notice that Watermelon Patch also gets rave reviews from my customers as having a strong smell.

FYI:I just heard on the training call today, I think the woman said she runs a dog shelter, she said Verbena Berry gets rid of the doggie/poop smell better than any other!
