- Watkins Cooking Spray contains 0 calories per spray and no fat! Pam contains 4.5 calories per spray.

- Both Campbell's Beef and Chicken Soup have added MSG . . . not Watkins!

- Watkins Chocolate Dessert Mix does not contain sugar - good for diabetics or dieters!

I love the comparison sheet. Not only are Watkins products a better value use per use, they are healthier for us. How can we go wrong. The product lasts much longer saving us even more over time!

I love the comparison on the cleaning products - it's funny how all these products listed are replaced by Watkins All Purpose Cleaner! A better value and Less STRESS! You don't need to dig for this product or that product because you know that the All Purpose will do the job on multiple products.......not to mention that we can Breathe easier knowing it's better for our health~

PS: It's easier to get your kids to help with the house cleaning as well. They don't have to whine about which product to use.......they know that Watkins will cover all areas.....and mom is happy because it cuts back on the whining! LOL! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

I have noticed the difference with my lungs here in the last few years versis years ago with cleaning products. Right before I changed over with Watkins I could spray a cleaner in the bathroom especially and it would take my breath. Now back years ago I could clean and clean and the smell wouldn't bother me at all. I went for a chest x-ray back in the summer and they had sent it to my cardiologist - I started skimming through my folder while waiting on the check-out lady. I noticed something on there and ask her to ask the doctor what it meant. She was like "Oh yeah I have that - it is where you have been around chemicals and it causes little calcifications on the lungs."

Oh my goodness- then I knew immediately why I have a hard time breathing all of a sudden when I am around cleaning products! I am 35 years old! Imagine if I would of kept using them:(

Another great reason to be a Watkins customer!
